The company is quite supportive

The company is quite supportive, and the team is quick to respond to emails, often on the same day! My experience with the instructor was positive, as she is always on time and knows how to teach well. She also provides additional assignments if requested and encourages discussions. The website has an easy-to-use platform for online lessons with many features, like prerecorded classes, email functions, downloadable presentations, and in-class notes. It's a great academy, and I would definitely suggest it if you're looking to learn!

The experience has been quite decent overall. The teachers are very friendly and they support you in enhancing your speaking skills by promoting discussions. However, I have a couple of suggestions to enhance the overall experience. First, I think it would be helpful to include more detailed grammar sections, especially for beginners. From my own point of view, I noticed that sometimes I couldn’t advance my conversation skills because of lacking some grammar knowledge. Additionally, I would like it if the school could refrain from switching teachers during the course or introducing new ones. This interrupts the whole learning process and also causes students to lose valuable learning time that they've already paid for. Lastly, having a final exam and certificate at the end of each course to better evaluate and acknowledge our skills would be a nice addition.

The instructor was quite helpful and she addressed our questions and needs. The content and presentation slides were decent but could have been improved. What I didn’t like is that the recordings of the lessons won’t be available for long. They will vanish after 15 days. There are no quizzes or tests which I believe are important for language learning, and the only feedback I will get is from the assessments on the platform. There is no incentive to feel pressured to study. One key point to note is that the salesperson who contacted me persuaded me to join the course without mentioning that it had already begun 2 weeks prior. She said it wouldn’t impact my evaluation. I paid for 2 weeks that I didn’t attend. I also think the name Dante en Linea is a little misleading. It isn’t affiliated with the Dante institute from Italy and the fees are high compared to other options.

Dante online is quite comprehensive. I have plenty of exercises to work on within the platform. The instructor Antonella is really friendly and always on time. Jenny, who helps me with scheduling, is super kind and really adaptable. Even though I take private lessons by myself, she promptly addresses my needs. Requests are really useful!! I really enjoy it.
