I found this site through a Reddit recommendation. I posted an iPhone X for sale. I was asked for a model and serial number of my phone which I entered. The site did not accept my serial number and required a 14 digit input. So I added 2 zeroes to the SN. My model number was not listed among the drop downs so I selected one anyway as it was required. After submitting my posting I received an email asking me to take more photos and enter a valid serial and model number. So I did this and even uploaded a photo of the settimgs screen showing the serial and model number. Requested an admin review again and even sent an email to the support team for help. Received a canned response with no help for my specific issue. There is no chat feature or ability to speak with the support team. I just received an email stating my listing was cancelled. What a waste of 2 hours of my life I will never get back!
