I'm super happy with my buy! It came on time and wrapped up good. It looks brand new, better than they said. It works so well, everything's there and wrapped up nice. It looked like it just left the factory. Price was fair. First time I bought on Swappa and from this seller. I'll buy here again for sure. Everyone should sell like this. Thanks!

First time usin' this site to buy somethin' and the experience was good. The item came as described. The shippin' was a little slow but you can see the seller reviews if in doubt and one did mention the shippin' issue so I was a little patient.

I needed a used PS5 and found

I needed a used PS5 and found one on Swappa. The first seller encountered a problem with the system and promptly refunded me without any hassle, which I appreciated. Swappa staff explained the refund process and offered assistance if needed. The second transaction went smoothly, and I received the PS5 as advertised and on schedule. Despite needing to try twice, I never received a faulty system, and both sellers and Swappa staff were prompt in handling the situation. I would definitely use the site again.

I found this site through a Reddit

I found this site through a Reddit recommendation. I posted an iPhone X for sale. I was asked for a model and serial number of my phone which I entered. The site did not accept my serial number and required a 14 digit input. So I added 2 zeroes to the SN. My model number was not listed among the drop downs so I selected one anyway as it was required. After submitting my posting I received an email asking me to take more photos and enter a valid serial and model number. So I did this and even uploaded a photo of the settimgs screen showing the serial and model number. Requested an admin review again and even sent an email to the support team for help. Received a canned response with no help for my specific issue. There is no chat feature or ability to speak with the support team. I just received an email stating my listing was cancelled. What a waste of 2 hours of my life I will never get back!
