I've been using this pet service for my cats, and it's been quite a ride. The appointments were super quick, like blink-and-you-miss-it quick, and the vets seemed rushed. Ended up with a long list of meds, and the prices were way higher than other places. Plus, I'm still waiting on Dutch to approve the meds at 1800petmeds, and it's been 10 days! My cats are just waiting around, poor things.
And those "free" collars they advertise? Turns out, they're not so free unless you sign up for a subscription. There are fees for everything, even transferring a prescription. And don't even get me started on their customer service—feels like you're talking to a wall. Overall, it's just been frustrating and not worth the hassle.
