I told them I needed it before Mother's Day, and they were supposed to send it with next-day delivery. But when I asked where my item was, they told me after 4 days that they didn't have it in stock. I paid for next-day delivery, so this was disappointing. Only when I contacted them did they tell me it was canceled and refunded, which takes 7 days to show up in my account! If they don't have the stock, they shouldn't advertise it! They should invest in staff who keep track of inventory! It was an expensive item, so it's even more frustrating that I can't get it in time for Mother's Day now.

After my bank intervened, I tried reaching out to Sephora's main office but could only leave a voicemail, and they never returned my call. In my subsequent attempts to place orders, I was informed of an outstanding balance due to the fraudulent purchases. Despite assurances from a customer service representative, the issue was never resolved. I feel let down by Sephora for mistreating me as a victim of fraud on their platform and insisting on payment for merchandise someone tried to steal in my name. As a result, I've decided to stop shopping there. Be cautious and avoid leaving your account details on their website; it may not be secure.

I created an account to buy a gift voucher, successfully made the purchase, but encountered issues when trying to access my account later. Despite using the correct login details, I kept receiving an error message. Attempts to reset my password through the "forgot password" option were unsuccessful, as the promised email never arrived, even after multiple attempts. The chat support, operated by a robot, provided no resolution. With no available telephone number and an unhelpful "Help Centre," I feel frustrated and out £30 with no solution in sight.

My initial encounter with this website left me greatly disappointed. Placing an order, I was taken aback by the exorbitant delivery charges, which seemed entirely unjustified. Even for relatively small beauty products, the cumulative cost of postage and packaging for a £33 order amounted to a staggering £21. This pricing strategy felt outrageous and was further exacerbated by the already uncompetitive product prices. The only reason I attempted this was due to having a voucher. Unfortunately, it appears that this company doesn't prioritize customer service or fair pricing. It's a missed opportunity, and it's regrettable that I can't assign a rating of zero stars, as it would have been more appropriate.
