Welp, this company seems pretty sketchy. The restaurant told me the driver missed a bag of food, but my order still showed up as delivered. I told Doordash, but they said no without talking to me or the restaurant. I talked to customer service, Andrea Janella, and she said wait 12 hours for a review. When I asked about my food, she just ended the chat, saying "I've explained the process". Talk about arrogant.
