I had a really good experience with this company!
I first ordered a screenprotector for the Model 3 Highland, and it arrived super fast at a fair price.
When I got the package, I wanted to change my order from the Tesla Model 3 to a Tesla Model Y.
I emailed the company asking about a refund, and they replied quickly explaining that returning it would cost me extra shipping and I’d lose my original shipping fee (they said if it was their mistake they would cover it, but since it was mine, I’d have to pay).
Instead, they offered 60% of the product price back and told me to just keep the item and sell it myself, even though they didn’t have to do that.
It was really kind and fair, something not many shops do today.
They definetly earned a customer for life!
