I was hit with a $100 charge for their "Premium" service, which I never expected. Contacting them did nothing, just like last year. And guess what, I got charged again this year! They emailed saying they won’t refund but promised to deactivate auto-renewal. Surprise, they didn’t. I had to log in myself, turn off auto-renewal, and even remove my payment info. Feels like a scam. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company. You can buy a handheld reader for less than what they charge yearly for this so-called premium subscription. In the end, you end up spending hundreds for basically nothing.
