    So, I decided to buy a rebuilt computer for my car, right? They said it’d be programmed and ready to go, but it took forever to arrive. Weather issues, they said. Meanwhile, I had to tow my car to a different state because I couldn’t wait. When I finally asked about a refund, they assured me it was coming. Two weeks passed, nothing. I reached out again, and they finally sent it, but they docked me $190 for restocking and shipping. Plus, they took an extra 25% because I couldn’t do the repairs in time. All that waiting and extra charges for nothing. Not a great experience at all.
