The technician arrived at my place and said it would be an hour. When he finished, I saw that he had put in a completely different windshield, not the OEM one. I would never use a non-OEM windshield in my Jeep Wrangler. Since it was already done, I had no option. My insurance with Liberty Mutual didn't cover OEM glass. For those using Safelight, be aware they are owned by Liberty Mutual. I have three cars, a house, and a boat insured with Liberty. They were not upfront about my quote matching my previous coverage. I will be moving my big policies elsewhere and won’t use Safelight again. I can't stress enough how let down I was to see the wrong glass.

Safelite sent a not-so-experienced guy

Safelite sent a not-so-experienced guy to put a new back windshield in my SUV. He left broken glass and gloves in the rear hatch, and now it won't open. They won't call me back. Pick another company if you need a windshield. Their customer service and quality are not good. Response to reply from Safelite: The first two appointments cost me nothing, but my car was damaged and can't be used now. I can't wait 3-4 weeks to fix my car. It's now at a body shop because I don't trust Safelite. I hope you look into this case to understand the errors and fix them.

I called to schedule my windshield replacement, but was informed they don't service my area. They said Huntsville, AL is the nearest location, over an hour away. I drove there, but they couldn't replace my windshield. Surprisingly, I saw their vehicle fixing my neighbor's truck this morning from my window.
