Je krijgt ook een beetje zenuwachtig wanneer je een bestelling plaatst en het moet worden geleverd aan de andere kant van de wereld. Trodo maakte het gemakkelijk voor me - ze waren goed georganiseerd, beantwoordden mijn e-mails snel, controleerden mijn bestelling met VIN en gaven trackinggegevens met UPS binnen een dag na bestellen. De goederen kwamen goed verpakt en binnen de afgesproken tijd aan. Zes dagen van Noorwegen naar de Gouden Kust, Australië. Ik zou zonder aarzelen weer van Trodo bestellen. Ten slotte zijn hun prijzen uitstekend in vergelijking met de Australische prijzen voor Europese auto-onderdelen. Beste service

Customer service with your agent Gustav was great, just what I was looking for: precise and very helpful. The item is still unopened/unassembled and is just like it was described. Only a small suggestion about shipping: one box is marked as “toward up,” but there’s no sign on the outer box for the delivery service, and the parts inside were loose in the box (I could hear them and they were especially visible through the not fully closed original box). Hope everything will be fine, just like all my experiences with Trodo. It would be great publicity here in Croatia. Thanks!

I found so many spare

I found so many spare parts I needed on this site. The website is really well-organized and the search options make finding and buying stuff super easy. Communication was quick, too. But, there's a big problem – UPS. My package reached Albania on September 18, but I still haven't got it. The Albanian Courier they use hasn't given any updates, and the ones online aren't even real. I tried contacting UPS over 10 days ago, but no response at all. Maybe Trodo should think about picking a different shipping partner, because this is just frustrating.

The drive belt I wanted cost a lot less here compared to other places, and after taxes and shipping, it was still £30 cheaper than at autodoc.com. I placed the order on 25/07, and DHL delivered it on 29/07. Great service from Trodo. I’ll surely use them again since they offer a wide range of products and many items are much cheaper than in the UK. I strongly suggest this company for your next buys.

I came here since I've used Trodo for some time

I came here since I've used Trodo for some time and believe good companies deserve support. Never had any issues, they offer a big selection of parts if you know where to look - I wanted DPF pressure sensor hoses and this was the only shop that had them without charging way too much - they are very clear, talk in good English, and the parts usually come well-packed and in good shape (though sometimes the boxes get a bit beat up during shipping).
