Great customer service.
Great customer service. The shades took some time to arrive. When I contacted them, they were fast and helpful in solving the problem and finding my order. The shades are good! They snap into the frame easily and stay in place. I like that I can open my windows slightly without the shades falling out. It also helps protect my baby's eyes. I only bought a set for the back seat but now I wish I had done the whole back part of the car. Definitely recommend.

I'm satisfied that my order arrived on time
I'm satisfied that my order arrived on time and well-packaged, but unfortunately, the product doesn't match what was shown in the video. The one I received is smaller than the window port on my Highlander, and it has a small tag on the edge with the names quicksnap and kluger, which seem to be for the Australian version, not the US Toyota Highlander. I'm a bit let down.

These shades have made a big difference!
These shades have made a big difference! We struggled to find a shade that would cover the whole window, and our little one was often disturbed by light. Now, these shades fit perfectly and stay securely in place, so we no longer have to worry about them coming down.

Along with the good product that snapshades provides, I spoke with a guy named BEN. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I needed the item quicker than what the website said, so I called. Ben picked up and got right to work; he said he'd take care of it. He made it happen in just 3 DAYS, NO JOKE! That's what I call service. He turned my online order into a personal experience. I would surely suggest this place and can confidently say I know wher I'll return for my future needs.

This product is clearly more practical
This product is clearly more practical than retractable shades, and it’s a cheaper option than getting windows tinted. However, a bit too much light still gets in and can be bothersome for my daughter. Overall, I’m satisfied and will buy another set for our Volvo, hoping the rear tinted windows will help along with these shades. It would be helpful if there was a choice for shades that blocked more light.
