Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a belt for my vehicle and according to their website it was supposed to be compatible. But when I received it, the size was completely wrong. I even double-checked to make sure I had selected the correct one. It was frustrating to have to deal with returning it and going through that whole process. And now, I don't even want to bother trying their water pump because I don't want to risk wasting more time and energy on a product that might not even work. It's a shame because I was really hoping to find a reliable and trustworthy company to purchase car parts from.

They have agood selection of parts, they ship immediately and if there is a problem (I ordered the wrong size bearings) they are quick to respond to emails and sort out and fix the problem. customer service was extremely helpful and friendly. They're worth doing business with.

Mixed experience with Partsology. On the positive side, their customer service was helpful and offered me a refund for the defective parts I received twice. I bought a piston set and piston rings, but unfortunately, both sets had issues. The piston rings snapped when I tried to expand them, and the wrist pins in the pistons were rough and wouldn't rotate smoothly on the connecting rod. Now, I have everything installed, and I'm in the process of returning the defective parts for a refund. I hope they handle the refund process swiftly and continue to provide good customer service.
