Experienced some serious issues with my
by Brandon Gray

Experienced some serious issues with my lifted Jeep Wrangler, including the dreaded death wobble. Opted to utilize their services at a hefty $155 per hour for suspension diagnosis. To my dismay, they recommended an extensive replacement of various components in the front-end suspension, despite my Jeep having only 28,000 miles and never having ventured off-road. The laundry list included lower and upper ball joints, drag link, tie rods, steering stabilizer, track bar, and more. They even factored in new tires, although my current ones had a substantial 15-20k miles left, and tacked on an additional $450 for a 5-year warranty and $300 for lubes, cleaner, and hardware. The labor charges were exorbitant, with a laughable $155 per hour just for the ball joints and drag link, totaling an eye-watering estimate of $4,900. However, upon my own investigation, I discovered a more reasonable solution elsewhere. Another shop, while rotating and balancing my tires, identified two loose bolts in the suspension, swiftly tightened them, performed the necessary rotations and balancing, all for a mere $75. Problem solved without breaking the bank. My advice: steer clear of this company!

Ordered upper and lower door brackets for my jeep
by Ann S

Ordered upper and lower door brackets for my jeep as the old ones were rusting on a 2016 model. The upper brackets arrived in good shape. However, the lower brackets were all damaged. Dents, scratches, and paint chips were everywhere. Also, the foam padding was missing brackets and were scattered in the box. Contacted customer service and reached Daphne. She was a bit curt and unfriendly. Sent photos of the issues and communicated via email. I was given a choice of a full refund after inspection or a $100 credit on a $450 order. I requested an exchange, which she agreed to. But no exchange was done. They processed a full refund for the lower brackets instead. I emailed her twice about the situation but got no reply. Had to call to learn no exchange was done. Very, very let down. Especially since this company was featured on "Undercover Boss." I saw that episode. Don’t waste your time or money.

by Doug C

Wish I had been smarter and read the reviews before falling for these scammers. They're beyond awful. Ordered a bimini top for my Jeep, and two weeks passed without a word. When I finally got through to them on the phone (after an eternity on hold), they told me it was backordered for 60+ days. The "+" in that 60+? It means they have no clue if you'll ever get it. They had the audacity to say, "You should've received an email." Well, surprise, I didn't. Checked their website, and they're still happily selling the same item without a word about the backorder. They'll gladly take your money, but whether they'll ever actually deliver? Who cares to them. Total losers.

I should've checked reviews
by Anonymous

I should've checked reviews afore dealing with this company. Getting anyone from customer service to help is a nightmare. Still waiting on refund for a product I never got. Finally got a rep on phone today, asked about refund status, and quote "I do not have any info at this time, you should get an email soon." Buy from anywhere else!

Got a suspension from them.
by Anonymous

Got a suspension from them. They said it'd be better than factory. It is, way better than factory. 4Runners ride good. Marcos, my sales guy, tells truth. Got my suspension serviced, they knew what I needed. Pulled it apart, cleaned it, lubed it, new alignment, upgraded rear springs 'cause I load it for deer lease. Pleased with them.

by Patrick G

I made a purchase, but it feels like I threw my money into a black hole because I haven't received anything. I've tried every way possible to get in touch with them—emails, contact forms, even the phone— and it's been a total dead end. My advice? Steer clear, don't buy anything from them. Beware!

This company's customer service is terrible.
by Gary

This company's customer service is terrible. They sent me wrong parts and don't reply to return requests. Only when I disputed the CC charge did they respond. Scammers! Don't do business with them!
