    I ordered a part from this website and, wow, what a mess. Right after, my inbox just got flooded with spam—like 8 emails a day. It's like they sold my email address or something.     I ordered the Fixd device straight from their website, thinking it would be a good investment. After a couple of weeks, I noticed a charge of $119, which is around £94.72. Apparently, they start charging a subscription after two weeks, but I swear I didn't see any mention of that beforehand. When I contacted them for a refund, they only gave me part of my money back. To make things worse, the device itself was useless—it didn't even detect the warning light on my dashboard. I feel completely let down and tricked. This product didn't live up to any of its promises. Avoid it at all costs.
