    I ordered something and they charged my card right away, but then it was like my order vanished into thin air. No confirmation email, no receipt, nothing. They said it'd ship in five days, but a week passed and still nada. I called them up, talked to two different folks, but neither of them could find my receipt or confirmation. They just kept saying it was coming soon and that the supervisor was too busy to talk to me. I felt like I was just getting brushed off. It was so frustrating not knowing what was going on with my order.
