    Install took an afternoon with their video, no splicing. Wireless CarPlay and the HD camera make the SC feel modern. Minor trim wrestling, but the kit is thoughtfully designed and plug-in.

    Ordered a part for my car ages ago, and it's been a wild ride ever since. First, they check in after two weeks asking if I got it, but nope, nothing on my end. No tracking info either, which was a bit odd. So, I reach out, and turns out they never even sent it 'cause they didn't have it in stock. Their solution? A refund, a shipping label to send my broken part for repair (which I'd have to remove myself), or just wait and hope. Chose the shipping label option, but silence followed. Finally ordered elsewhere and got it in four days. Still chasing my refund, and their lack of response is frustrating. Cost me so much, personally and financially. Worst experience ever.

    A sensor arrived damaged. Support only texted, which stretched the back-and-forth. They did approve the return and new unit shipped. Prices are great when it works, but plan extra time if you need an exchange.
