    You won't believe the hassle I've been through with this company. It’s been over a week since I ordered tires, and they still haven't shown up. They took my money and said FedEx has them, but when I called FedEx, they told me they never got anything. Tried contacting customer service—no luck. It's like talking to a wall. I'm beyond frustrated and thinking about reporting them to the BBB. If you’re thinking about buying from them, you might want to reconsider. It’s just not worth the headache. I’m definitely not going back to them for anything. Just a total letdown.

    When I first tried using the site, I got a bit confused and accidentally placed two orders instead of one. Realizing my mistake, I quickly used the contact link to let them know, providing the order number that needed canceling. This was over the weekend, so by Monday, I was a bit anxious. On my lunch break, which is just 30 minutes, I decided to call them. I expected a long wait, but to my surprise, everything was sorted in just 6 minutes! They had already seen my email and canceled the wrong order. They even had all the info they needed for programming. I'm really impressed with the service and can't wait for my product to arrive.
