    Dealing with Car Computer Exchange was a nightmare. We ordered a computer module, and they sent us not one, but two faulty units. This fiasco stretched over an entire month, leaving our customer car-less and frustrated. Our trust in them shattered, we decided to return the second defective module and opted to buy from a dealership instead. To make matters worse, they only refunded half of what we paid, hiding behind their "return policy." It's baffling how they missed every chance to make things right. It's clear they have zero regard for customer satisfaction. If you're considering doing business with them, think twice—customer service seems to be a foreign concept to them.

    I bought something and hit a little snag afterward. Luckily, Trixxy was there to help out. She was super attentive and patient the whole time, helping me sort everything out without a hitch. Her support really turned things around and made what could’ve been a hassle into a surprisingly pleasant experience. It’s not every day you find someone who takes the time to make sure everything's right, and Trixxy did just that. I’m genuinely grateful for her help, and I’d totally recommend reaching out to her if you ever need assistance. Kudos to both Trixxy and the company for making customer care a top priority.

    I tried to return some lights I bought for my charger, but it turned into a real headache. The lights didn’t fit, so I started the return process and had to take a bunch of pictures. After sending them in, I waited for the next step. A few days later, they emailed me asking for the same photos again. I sent them once more, thinking it was just a glitch. Then, on January 9th, I got an email saying my return was canceled and marked as resolved. Confused, I called them the next day, and after waiting on hold, the rep asked if I wanted to keep the lights. I was calling to return them! This experience was so frustrating, and I’m done with this company.
