    So, I placed this order on January 16 and didn't hear a peep—no confirmation, no receipt, nothing. After a few days of radio silence, I reached out on January 21 to ask for a refund because, honestly, what else could I do? They said it would take 7–10 business days, but come February 10, still no refund. When I called, they claimed they'd just started processing it and couldn't give me a timeline because they're a “small business.” I asked to speak to a manager and was told to call back. When I did, I got passed around and then disconnected—twice. The whole thing was a mess, really. I wouldn't suggest dealing with them based on this experience.
