    I sent these folks $1300, and here I am, still waiting after what feels like forever. We're talking a month and a half with nothing to show for it. I've shot them emails, and it's like shouting into the void—no response. Tried calling, and it's like they vanished into thin air. It's just crickets on their end. I'm seriously frustrated. Thinking about making a video to show what’s going on. Maybe that will get their attention. Just hoping this finally gets sorted out. Feels like I’m stuck in a bad dream with no end in sight.

    Honestly, dealing with AmericanMuscle has been a bit of a headache. I ordered a chin spoiler, but it arrived without the bolts. Tried reaching out a few times, chatted with reps Chris and Kimberly. They promised to get back to me, but I'm still waiting for that call. Without those bolts, I can't even install the part, which is super frustrating. Now, I’m left with no choice but to buy the bolts separately from Amazon just to get this sorted. Really thought AmericanMuscle would handle this better. This whole thing has left me pretty disappointed, and it’s definitely put a damper on how I feel about shopping with them again.

    I tried moving my FIXD sensor from my old car to a new one and needed help resetting the app. Called their help line, hoping for some guidance, but it was just a maze of options. When I finally got through to someone, it was clear that English wasn't her first language, and she couldn't help at all. She even said she couldn't transfer me to anyone who could assist with what I needed. I just wanted someone to guide me through the app reset process over the phone. Instead, they asked me to send a photo of the device via email, which didn't solve my issue. It's frustrating when something that should be simple turns into a drawn-out ordeal. Their support system seriously needs improvement.
