The product is a useful addition for the Sprinter van, and the quality seems solid. The installation guide needed specific tools (driver/screw-head). Still, the company promised to provide an improved manual and tutorial video. They also offered to replace faulty parts at no extra cost if needed.

I’m not quite ready to leave a bad review, but I need some help figuring out why my rack doesn’t fit my Transit 250. The roof bends too much for the rack to sit properly. The feet don’t seem to reach the roof when the rack is placed on top. I could use some guidance or hear from other buyers about this issue.
