    I had a bit of a mix-up with my watch, totally forgot to reset it and remove the unlock pin. I was in a bit of a panic, to be honest. Luckily, customer service was super helpful. They patiently tried different pins with me since I couldn't remember the right one. They didn’t seem annoyed or anything, just really wanted to help. After we sorted out the issue, they promised to process the refund, and guess what? The money hit my account in just 36 hours! It’s rare to find such efficient and understanding service these days. Definitely made what could’ve been a frustrating experience into a smooth one. Cheers to great customer support!

    I tried out this service with three items I wanted to sell. They were super quick with the evaluation and payment, which was a nice surprise. Any questions I had, they answered right away. But there was a bit of hiccup with the shipping part. Being in Hawai'i, shipping stuff with batteries needs to go by air, and they didn't know about that. The label they sent me didn't work, so I had to shell out $40 for expedited shipping, even though I didn't need it to be that fast. Overall, they handled things well, just wish the shipping part was smoother. Would still give them another shot, though.
