    I've been with Fonus for a couple of years now, and it's been mostly smooth sailing. Roaming charges are a thing of the past, and I get 5G almost everywhere I go. I’ve tried it out across Europe, North America, and some parts of Asia without a hitch. Customer support is also pretty quick to respond via chat, which is great. However, I have noticed that sometimes it takes a while to connect to local networks. A quick SIM reboot usually does the trick, but it can be annoying. Also, there was a hiccup with new SIM cards they sent out six months back, but that’s all sorted now. My recent trips to Spain and Dublin went without a glitch.

    Joined Ogi on 23rd Jun 25 through Ogi Community Sales Advisor Kirsty. The set up was simple and didnt take long. Ogi handled the move from my old provider. Prep work for the install, due in 2 weeks, was done on 24th by Ashley Dean and Simon Davies. They were fast and worked with no mess. Up to now, I think Ogi has done really well. Got e mails at each step, which was helpfull. At this point, I feel the service has been realy good.

    So far, my time with Smarty has been really good. They offer all I need for a low price. Unlike other SIM companies that leave out roaming, Smarty has it included in their standard price.
