Wow, where do I even start with my experience? If you're in North America, just steer clear. Even with a physical SIM card, the service was shockingly poor. It felt like I was dealing with a provider from the stone age. Customer service? Non-existent. I had issues with voicemail, iMessage, and constant dropped calls. It was like trying to use a phone underwater. I can't stress enough how frustrating it was. Save your money and your sanity, and invest elsewhere. If you're from Canada or the USA, you'll definitely feel let down by Fonus. I have enough evidence to back up my experience. This was the worst decision ever, hands down.

Been using Fonus for a few years now, traveling all across Europe, and I gotta say, it's been pretty smooth sailing. Rarely run into issues, and if something does come up, they sort it out fast. Honestly, I should've switched my Canadian number over ages ago. The service and connection are miles ahead of what I got with Rogers and Telus. It's refreshing not having to worry about coverage when I'm hopping from one country to another. If you're tired of the usual big guys and their spotty service, give Fonus a try. It's been a game-changer for me, and I bet it could be for you too.

Wow, Fonus Mobile was a bit of a letdown for me. I was hoping for smooth sailing, but it turned out to be a bumpy ride. The customer service? Not great. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get any help, and when you finally do, the advice is as clear as mud. Their app is another story altogether—buggy and outdated, feels like something from a decade ago. It's frustrating when basic features don’t work right. The calls? Hit or miss, thanks to their outdated VOIP system. Honestly, it doesn't feel like a real mobile service. Plus, for the price, there are better deals out there with actual cell service and better reliability. In short, not impressed and wouldn’t recommend.
