Helpful support from Ursula led to a prompt refund once it was clear my phone could not use their eSIM, so I could not access fonus provided data. Setting up via wifi needed multiple uninstall and reinstall of the fonus app, but it finally worked for calls and messages when on wifi. Without wifi, the lack of data became obvious. Solution suggested is a physical fonus SIM card to be mailed in 3-8 business days. Many reviews note delays or never getting their SIM card while still being charged, raising concern about waiting time. Still, Ursula’s patient and skilled help was very apreciated.
