We had big problems with our Internet.
We had big problems with our Internet. Often it was slow and other times it stopped working completely. We paid for computer experts but they could not fix the issue. We called TalkTalk support and were very happy to talk to ANN. She was very kind and patient. Her explanations were clear and helped us as Seniors follow her steps to fix our Internet. We were very happy with our talks with ANN and hope she gets the recognition she deserves from TalkTalk.

I give them 5 stars because their deals and service
I give them 5 stars because their deals and service are realy good, but lately it's been tricky to set up a new line since I changed my place and it's been over two months trying to get my internet sorted. Hope they can assist me soon :)
