We bought a 32" bathroom TV and had trouble ordering online. After a few tries, we finally got in touch with a nice guy named Mark by phone. He helped us choose the best model from a few options on the site. We debated between the new LG WebOS and the Google model, but picked Google because the LG wasn't available yet. The model was great with its advanced OS, awesome speakers, and latest apps. Now our kids enjoy hanging out in the bathroom, relaxing and watching TV. We're happy with our purchase.

There was a problem with the first TV we received

There was a problem with the first TV we received, but Sarason's customer service was extremely helpful. They arranged for a temporary replacement in under 48 hours at no cost while we waited for our new TV. They kept me updated regularly and always replied quickly to my emails. The bathroom mirror TV is beautiful and a high-quality item. I really appreciate the help from the Sarason team and will be suggesting them to my friends.

Bought a 24" bathroom TV

Bought a 24" bathroom TV and I'm seriously impressed. Picture and sound are spot on, didn't even need to mess with a wired connection cause the WiFi signal's rock solid. Service was top-notch and their support team was super helpful. Honestly, couldn't be happier with this purchase. If you're thinking of getting one, just do it.

Although I have not received my order yet, the customer service provided by Jay has been very good. I had a lot of questions and some small misunderstandings, but everything was handled quickly and in a professional manner. I would definetely recommend Sarason in the future. I am excited to get my product soon.
