Although the start wasn’t great when the appointment time passed without an engineer or any news, the customer service team fixed the problem quickly. They not only gave clear updates, but also said sorry and offered good compensation. Problems happen to any company, and the true test of their service is how they handle and fix the issue. I was happy with how they managed it. When the engineer showed up, he was very professional and explained every step, asking for my choices during the installation. Even though the job was hard and lasted into Saturday night, he stayed cheerful and polite. Having used another provider before, I am very happy with both the service and price from Gofibre.

I’ve dealt with other suppliers before, where it’s always ‘press 1 for this, press 2 for that’ and then waiting forever while listening to annoying music interrupted by ‘our lines are unusually busy – your call is important to us’. Today, I called GoFibre support. Just two rings and a Scottish voice picked up – not only a person, but a real Scottish person! What else was good? The speed was exactly what they said it would be. Would I recommend GoFibre? Well, if I really didn’t like you, I’d suggest my previous supplier :-)

From my first question when I was explained the full switching steps, to the call centre staff who set up my appointment and the engineers who came to my home, I cant find any problems with GoFibre. The internet speeds in my house are really great too!

In just 2 days after asking, I got really fast fibre set up at my place, excellent service all the way through, definitely suggest Go fibre. Very pleased!

We weren’t very happy about the cable duct being placed right across our garden while we were away! Apart from that, the installation inside the house went okay.
