Wow!
My contract was ending and I got an email showing the options. Chose to stay with Squirrel and upgrade to a faster plan as we have been very happy. Sent my reply, and Harrison P answered in a few minutes! Plus, they asked if I wanted the new plan active right away, which I did, and the speed was ready almost instantly! I really can't see why anyone wouldn't pick Squirrel if they can. It just works and they give great service for a fair price - what more could you ask for?!

Set up was smooth, the engineer came right when he said he would, friendly and knew what he was doing. It's not as fast as what I had before but I knew that when signing up, so no suprise there. I like having no limit on usage, it's good for watching shows and going online. Only £25 each month, can't complane. Happy with it till now, would say go for it.

Super simple to apply. Customer support was kind and always ready to help. Setup went quick and looked proffesional. The service works great and doesn’t cost much either. 😊 really can’t find a reason not to love it!

The install went smoothly thanks to Ryan, who was polite and did his job very well. The router was simple to set up, and the speeds appear to be solid. I would recommend.
