Couldn't even sign up for the free trial on PORTAL! The website has bugs! I've been emailing support for over a month, and they just deactivated my account? They only give a vague explanation about "activity" according to their Terms, and won't say why they restricted my account! What a waste of time! I was stressed for days trying to fix the sign-up problem and got nowhere! This company is just cheap!

Recently, when attempting to reactivate it, I faced a prolonged exchange with customer support. Our experience with Dialpad's 'PRO' platform and services has been extremely disappointing. As a new startup with plans to expand globally, we encountered multiple challenges. Dialpad couldn't provide essential phone numbers in Singapore, which was an initial setback. When we needed numbers in South Africa, the complexity grew. To our surprise, Dialpad abruptly closed our account without explanation and refused to provide any information about the closure. This lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable and has hindered our business's growth. We expected better service, especially after investing in their 'PRO' platform and credits. This experience has left us frustrated and inconvenienced, as it disrupted our communication and business operations. Dialpad's unresponsiveness and lack of assistance have left us actively seeking alternatives for our communication needs.
