Was a real fan for many years, but won't use them again, zero customer support, really frustrating website. Feels like they have been bought out and abandoned customer care. What I ordered arrived on time and was as described. But I'm not using them again as the customer experience is shocking, like they are being advised by RyanAir on customer service.

Seriously, save yourself the

Seriously, save yourself the headache – steer clear of ordering from Wiggle. They've hooked up with Evri as a courier, and let me tell you, it's been a saga. My recent order (#W23000997492) either goes AWOL or takes forever to show up. And when you hit them up about it, all you get is the runaround – "waiting to hear back from the couriers" or "looking into it." They won't even bother chasing Evri, and good luck getting a refund; they're holding onto your cash until they feel like figuring things out. Once they pocket your money, it's radio silence. Customer service? More like customer disservice. No wonder their business is in the dumps. They used to be decent, but lately, it's just downhill vibes.

Gotta spill the tea on Wiggle+. It's like flushing money down the drain – signed up for their Wiggle+ thing, but all I get is late parcels thanks to the EVRI mess. Total waste, seriously.

Man, if I could hit them

Man, if I could hit them with negative stars, I totally would. Ordered two balance bikes for my twin nephews, thinking I was all set for Christmas. But nope, one of the bikes rolls in damaged with scratches all down the frame. Tried reporting it – nada. Hopped on a live chat, and it was like talking to a brick wall. They offered a refund, cool, but here's the kicker – I gotta repurchase the bike and twiddle my thumbs for 10-14 days for the refund, counting bank holidays. I asked for a replacement frame or even a return-and-replace deal to get it before Christmas. Nope, they weren't having it. And I'm not made of money to pay for the item twice, you know? Asked for a discount or free express delivery – zip. Super unhelpful, terrible policies, and don't even get me started on their "customer service." Total bust. Avoid these folks like the plague. Oh, and they're buddies with Chain Reaction – steer clear of them too.
