BE CAREFUL - SCAM COMPANY

BE CAREFUL. This website is very deceptive. So easy to click a button, think you're subscribing to 1 week trial and get the full annual cost charged. I contacted their Customer Support within 10 minutes of the accidental purchase (I even cancelled my subscription without using any of their music) and I was still refused a refund. What a joke!! I used to buy individual scores through their website. Never again!! I'll be reporting this company tomorrow and taking my money elsewhere to more honest merchants.

Well, everyone, I signed up

Well, everyone, I signed up for the free trial, and they charged me right away. They also signed me up for a year without asking. I asked for a refund, which I should get according to their rules, but all I got was a rude automated email. I'm owed $100 and they haven't replied to me yet. This seems like a scam. Don't use this company until they fix this. I'm keeping this review up until they respond.

The lack of transparency is outrageous, despite the support team's attempts to manipulate the situation. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB to expose their dishonest practices.

Musescore offers good customer service

Musescore offers good customer service. My Pro+ subscription price increased, but their team gave me extra 6 months free after I emailed them. I don't use auto subscription, so I'm not worried about overcharging. It's a useful resource for musicians!

Company is mostly good.

Company is mostly good. Some scores can't be seen on the app (musescore v4). Pricing and account management aren't very clear.
