    I placed an order November 14 as this was for a Christmas gift. It’s now December 10 and I still don’t have the item. I’ve written the company several times and I keep getting told to be patient. I paid for VIP service and the order is still not here. The company refunded me the VIP service and continue to tell me to be patient. I wrote the company again, asking for a full refund as I had to place an order with a different company since this was a gift. They offered to refund me eight dollars, which is absolutely unacceptable. I’m still fighting for a refund. I don’t have my order and it doesn’t appear that. It’s even left China. Keep in mind when you look up the company. It says it’s based out of Chicago, which is clearly a lie because the product comes from China. Save yourself the frustration and use a different company.

    You know, I was on the hunt for some tricky parts for my miniature engine, and stumbled upon EngineDIY. Honestly, dealing with them was like a breath of fresh air. Anytime I had a question, they were right there with a quick answer. It's like they actually cared about helping me out, which, let's be real, doesn’t happen too often these days. They had parts I never even thought existed! It was kind of like finding a hidden treasure chest. I mean, it’s not every day you come across a business that knows their stuff and genuinely wants to help. A big shoutout to them for making my project a reality!

    You won't believe the fun I had with this Tesla coil. It took a bit of time to show up, but when it did, the packaging was top-notch, like it was ready for a world tour or something. Putting it together was a breeze, just a few minutes, and it looks fantastic on my desk. I haven't had a chance to test it with music yet, but it works like a charm otherwise. The whole experience with the company was pretty great, too. They really seem to know what they're doing. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and how it all turned out.
