    I ordered studio monitors online and felt confident about the product, but the courier dinged one corner. Support stepped in and arranged a swap, which took a few days. The replacement is clean and sounds excellent. I’m satisfied with the retailer, just not thrilled with the delivery drama. Next time I might collect from the store to skip the dance.
