Wonderful instrument. Great company. It took a little setup to get it right. I've played Taylor, Martin and they are high quality guitars with long standing reputations and for good reason. I still love my Zager 900 better. I play it everyday.

I've been getting my engines and parts from EngineDIY for a couple of years now. Honestly, aside from those pesky US tariffs, my orders have always come well-packaged and exactly as expected. I recently ordered some shorty lipo battery packs and servos for my Capo U4 Queen. The servos arrived pretty fast, but the batteries took a bit longer due to shipping rules about hazardous materials. One battery was DOA, which was a bummer. However, I reached out to their customer service, and they were super helpful. I noticed some mixed reviews online. Some folks have had bad experiences, while others are really happy. Personally, I think patience goes a long way. Overall, I recommend EngineDIY.

I ordered a kit from EngineDIY and had quite the ride with it. The grease bottle was missing, but EngineDIY didn’t hesitate to send a replacement at no charge. When customs held it up, they sent another one right away, again free of charge. Two parts had some scratches, and they shipped out replacements just like that. The manual that came with it was tiny though, hard to see the details. A PDF would have been a lifesaver. The kit's supposed to take 2 hours to assemble, but that's a stretch. It's a blast to put together, and seeing it spin is really satisfying. Later, they sent a detailed PDF manual, which made things way easier. Great customer service!
