My ordur missin 2 of 5 yarn rolls I orderd. Save Dollar check if they could send missin items, then gave refund coz out of stock. They were quick in resolvin problem. I contect them friday 1/29, got refund Monday 2/1. Thank you for good custmer service!

I was really worried that I'd stumbled onto a fake website. The company's name when I made the payment wasn't recognizable, and it took almost a week to get my order confirmation. However, once they said my order was on its way, it didn't take long for it to arrive, and the craft supplies I got were exactly what I expected from the brand. It's nice to save some money, but I did have a bit of a scare there.

At first, I thought I might be getting scammed. I even closed my bank account because of it. But, in the end, my order did come through, and it was just what I wanted. It didn't get shipped right away, nor did it arrive within 5 days.

The bottles are nice, but they always arrive broken. Packing is very bad. Every time I call and send pictures for replacement, they send new ones, but they arrive broken again. Six bottles were broken this time. I won't bother asking for replacements anymore.

Ordering was quite a challenge. Attempted the express PayPal option multiple times, but couldn't navigate the robot checkpoint successfully, and the reason remains unclear. On a positive note, the pricing was reasonable, and the allure of free shipping is always welcomed.
