Company's support is okay
by Max

Company's support is okay, but I faced troubles with two releases. They got sent with wrong info to stores, despite me uploading correctly. They seem to mess up distributing remixes.

I joined United Masters when
by Mr Webster

I joined United Masters when I embarked on my music journey back in 2020. Initially, things seemed promising as I uploaded 7 or 8 songs with them. However, my experience took a drastic turn when I decided to switch to Distrokid. Transitioning distributors was smooth until last week when I made a shocking discovery – all the songs I had uploaded with United Masters were mysteriously deleted! This not only resulted in the removal of my music from various streaming platforms but, to add insult to injury, they failed to honor the $50 in royalties owed to me. The way they handled this situation is nothing short of appalling, especially considering the impact on independent artists like myself. I strongly discourage anyone from using their services; my encounter with United Masters was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would emphatically advise against entrusting your music career to them.

I made a payment for the select
by Bigg Bank

I made a payment for the select service, only to encounter a frustrating issue with their app that prevented me from uploading a photo. Despite attempting to use a picture from three months ago when I was on debut, the basic version, the app refused to accept it. I reached out to their customer support through five emails, but unfortunately, the staff seemed clueless about the issue, mentioning irrelevant files when I was simply trying to upload a photo. To make matters worse, I have not received any responses or assistance from them. It's disheartening to see such a lack of concern for customers and their problems, especially when the issues stem from their own site. United Masters has provided a terrible service, and it's evident that they do not prioritize addressing the problems their users face.

There's no denying that this platform
by Danny G

There's no denying that this platform has undergone changes, and not necessarily for the better. United Masters, which was initially a promising avenue for emerging artists, now appears to be following the footsteps of other platforms by putting a heavier toll on aspiring musicians' wallets. Initially, it was presented as a stepping stone for newcomers, but the current landscape seems less conducive for launching a career. Personally, I would require some tangible evidence of success and progress before considering any financial investment in this platform.
