I've enjoyd every order I got from you. Shipping time and price was right and huge variety of products makes decisions hard but I always find somethig I'm lookig for. And many times I find something unexpected. (this is a general review not associated with a specific order)

Enjoyed site and all options. Had issues with search field. Not easy to mix multiple search. Also, had problems with returns and not all transaction info saved. Got a framed print we really like.

I've been purchasing prints from Fine Art America for several years, and I'm consistently satisfied with the products I receive. My latest order consisted of art prints on paper, whereas in previous orders, I opted for prints on wrapped canvas—all of which were of excellent quality. The search functionality on the Fine Art America platform is a standout feature for me. It greatly aids in narrowing down subjects and styles, making the overall shopping experience very convenient and enjoyable.

Appalling customer service experience

Appalling customer service experience. Initially, I ordered a print of my beloved dog, who passed away in 2015. The print, created by a local artist, was available on Fine Art America. After waiting for three weeks, I reached out to inquire about my order. Shockingly, their response was that the frame I had chosen wasn't in stock. Notably, they failed to notify me of this issue and retained my money throughout. Upon requesting a refund, I did receive one, but to my dismay, it was for the incorrect amount. Despite my multiple attempts to rectify the situation by providing screenshots of the discrepancy in the refund to my bank account, they adamantly refused to reimburse the correct amount. Frustrated and unsatisfied, I took the matter to the BBB. This has been a truly horrible experience.
