Harold Home

Lovely gift, swift revisions

Emails came fast with a clean proof. I asked to brighten the brick and add our dog on the porch, and they nailed it in one go. Packaging was tidy. The responsiveness stood out most.

Proof looked like our house

Upload was easy and the style picker made sense. I got a proof the next day and requested a tiny roof color tweak. Approved it and felt giddy.

The porch light detail

They added the warm porch light glow we forgot to turn on in the photo, and suddenly it felt like home. I got goosebumps.

Thoughtful edits, minor color shift

Start to finish was smooth: proof in my inbox, we tweaked the porch color and sign font, and shipping was quick. The final print is lovely, slightly warmer than my screen. Support replied within hours and made sure I was happy before printing.

Patient and prompt designers

I asked for extra landscaping details. They explained options and turned around changes same day. Kind, clear, and spot on.

Unboxing felt like a gift

Pulled the frame from the wrap and immediately texted my realtor. Big smile, perfect closing present.

Easy upload, wow result

Uploaded a sunny photo, picked Traditional, and got a proof in two days. Revisions were fast and the framed print arrived ready to hang.

Stylish find for my space

Browsing felt curated and the product dimensions were spot on. Shipping landed when promised. The vase finish and texture look exactly like the photos, which I love.

Accurate dimensions, swift ship

Measured twice and the shelf fit like a glove. Packaging was careful and tracking updates were frequent. A smooth, confidence-building purchase.

Great help with returns

I misjudged a lamp size. Support was kind, sent a prepaid label, and recommended an alternative. Smooth and no attitude.

Quality pieces, calm experience

I felt relaxed shopping because details were clear. One item had a longer lead time, but they messaged me early and it arrived safely.

Incredible!! We recently got our new home and thought this would be a lovely touch! I can't describe how great this painting turned out… I requested they take out a house in the background from my photo and make our banana tree a bit larger with more detailed leaves. They sent a preview of the changes and I was amazed! It's stunning and I'm eager to hang it up in the house!

The final outcome disappoints me. The website touts it as an artistic creation, but what I received seems like a low-resolution filter slapped onto the original photo, lacking any significant graphic artistry. Requested a refund, but it appears they closed the case without engaging in a conversation with me.
