Ordered sixty dollars worth of items two years ago, and I'm still waiting for a refund. Now, they've chosen not to cooperate with the BBB, citing 'privacy concerns.' Reddit is filled with stories of Horrormerch/Shadow Graphics taking advantage of people. Do your homework, everyone! If you stop cheating people, you won't be flooded with BBB complaints. It's a clever move to have a PO Box, making it difficult for people to seek refunds in person. You guys are not doing well.

Ordered three items back in July

Ordered three items back in July. Customer service is terrible, and there's no direct way to contact them. Was promised a refund in mid-December for one item, but they didn't specify which one. As of now, I haven't received the refund. Checked the order status online, and it claims all three items have been fulfilled. Starting to suspect this might be a scam.
