The product we ordered was of good quality, which was important as it was a gift for someone special. It was really nice and well-made. However, the shipping experience was disappointing. The package took longer to arrive than expected, and the support from TopTrendyGear staff was lacking. We received incorrect information about the shipping status multiple times, which caused frustration. Despite reaching out via calls and emails, we didn't receive helpful responses in a timely manner. We had to endure a lot of waiting. When the package finally arrived, it seemed like it had been mishandled during shipping. It was thrown onto the front porch and ended up in water and wet grass, which was not ideal. Ultimately, a company should take responsibility for the product until it safely reaches the customer. Although the quality of the product was good, the shipping and customer support issues make me hesitant to order from them again.

I ordered a weather vane that was supposed to include a roof mount for attaching it to the roof's ridge. The weather was fine, but the mounting and directional assembly (North-South-East-West) were completely unusable. The tube meant to fit inside the vane was the same size as the vane, so it didn’t fit. The screws and bolts for attaching the N S E W pointers were poorly threaded, making them useless. Had to buy a proper set myself. Reached out to the suppliers multiple times but only received a silly assembly video for a different product. Now dealing with credit card recovery charges.

The product is good from the start. What really made it better was the Customer support team. Working closely with Elisa T, July, and Julia Q on both orders was great. They kept me updated on progress and showed me a preview of the finished design before completing it. I could make changes or add extra words without any fuss. They were helpful and kind. My daughter and I, both veterans, are happy with three great products. Good quality, teamwork, your ideas, and a product you'll like with Top TrendyGear!

The Big Squirrel Metal Silouhette Wind Direction Indicator Weathervane I got looks nice. It came fast and packed well. I'm worried about the thin metal where the decorative piece hooks onto the rod. When I hold it sideways, the squirrel's weight bends it a lot. I noticed this when the roofers were working, with only two days to fix it. There's just an email, no phone number for Top TRENDYGEAR. That's bad for customer service if you're in a hurry. That and the weak metal are why I gave it 3 stars.

This company is real good. I got two signs from them. One had LED lights, the other didn't. My husband got the one with lights for his man cave, he really liked it so we got another for outside. The second one got lost in the mail but their customer service was awesome and I got it a bit late. I say go for this company if you want good stuff for good prices.

I give this company zero stars. Their response time is terrible. I bought this product on January 22, and it's now March 2nd, and it's still being shipped from China. I requested a full refund, but they haven't responded to my request. Plus, there's no phone number to reach them.

Great customer service. Bought a Camaro metal sign as a gift with engraving. Came well packed, colors pop, strong metal with spot-on engraving. Took 3-4 weeks for delivery, as anticipated. It's a real gem!
