Not an auction site, complete scam, you never win, they just add another DAY and prices increase
by Anonymous

Auction said it was closing at a certain time, I won multiple auctions, and then all of the sudden all auctions from that sale added another 24 hours. The auction said I won, that I had the winning bid and it was closed. And now everything is extended for a DAY. 3 hours AFTER the auction closed I received an email saying the seller extended the close date... This is not a soft closing, this is a scam. Sellers should not be able to extend an auction AFTER the auction has closed, regardless of any issue, the Auction ended. They also have zero support. If you click on 'bidder support' for items or purchases on their website nothing happens, you're just at the FAQ page. No support, bad business practices, don't trust this site.

I really lik'd using Auctionninja
by Becky

I really lik'd using Auctionninja. It was easy to get around, and I've won bids and picked up from about 7 local auctions. I like that the invoices are detailed with photos next to each thing.

I reckon Auction Ninja's pretty good.
by Booone

I reckon Auction Ninja's pretty good. Site's easy to use. They should tell auction folks to be more careful with photos. Saw a big fight over a mistake in a picture once.

No Bad Reviews
by Alex Saks

Notice how there are no bad reviews for sellers, that's because if you leave a bad review auctionninja.com will disable your buying privileges. I found someone selling a fake Tiffany plate I notified the seller, they blocked me for pointing this out and auctionninja.com disabled my account. P.S I purchased a lot on auctionninja.com will switch to hibid

Decent experience.
by A.

Decent experience. First time using an auction site, setting up a bidder account was straightforward. Shipping process was clear, knew who to contact. Quick response after notifying them. Just wish they mentioned UPS pickup timeframe; caused unnecessary worry about shipping arrangements during pickup window.

Well, let me tell you about
by Anonymous

Well, let me tell you about this company. I had some trouble picking up my stuff due to some unexpected issues. Long story short, I couldn't make it, lost my things, lost my money, and even got hit with extra charges. I had receipts to prove my situation, but dealing with the auction operator felt like talking to a robot with no heart. They were completely unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my circumstances.

Well, that's the end of the road for
by Anonymous

Well, that's the end of the road for me with this company. What a letdown. The minuscule rope bracelet I bought is riddled with shoddy repairs, and it's practically a punchline. It's downright awful that these numerous hack repairs weren't mentioned in the product description. I had just made another purchase from them a week ago, and that one was okay, but this one is just plain terrible.

Using Auction Ninja would be more
by Dave

Using Auction Ninja would be more convenient if they handled shipping internally. The current process, involving a third-party shipper and self-arranged shipping, discourages me from buying items I can't pick up in person. I lack confidence in a seamless collaboration among all parties involved in the shipping process.

I have just discovered this fun way to shop at an estate sale. I had a very successful transaction, and I loved the whole process. I am hooked.

I wasn't fond of the bidding increments
by John

I wasn't fond of the bidding increments, particularly for items in the $500 range, which are set at $10. This system enables last-minute bidders to secure items at lower prices, which can be frustrating.
