Sends Damaged Goods, Won't Honor Return Policy

I had a terrible time with Kidsy. I ordered a collector's game and some sports cards in sealed boxes. The game was sold as open box and the cards as used, but the descriptions said both were in excellent condition with all parts. The game was incomplete, missing two key elements, and the cards were opened, had finger prints and scratches on them, and then resealed. Every card of value was taken out of the packages. Kidsy has a great return policy--in words, but not in practice, at least for these items. I requested a refund on 60% of the cost or a return for a full refund and was told that I knew what I was buying so they would not accept a return. Sure, Kidsy is not a collector's shop, but they shouldn't sell collector's products if they don't know what they are selling. And, especially, they should honor their refund policy. If they won't honor their own policies, they are not trustworthy.

Third time buying from Kidsy...

Third time buying from Kidsy...a carseat and formula again. I'm a fostermom and WIC doesn't cover the special formula my baby needs. The price was really good and helped me get extra. Fast delivery and very fair prices. Lovi ng Kidsy!!

You really get what you pay for.

You really get what you pay for. I regret not paying full price at another store. Their customer service is useless. I asked for help with putting together the product and they sent a random YouTube video that had nothing to do with my problem. Returning the broken items was a big pain. I will not buy here again. Total waste of time and enery.

I tried several times to contact customer service no answer! I e mailed asking for return and they informed no return unless damaged not presented as stated, you can’t get an exchange. So literally there is no return policy, Very poor business if you can’t return item for another size . ripe off you can’t trust this only businesses at all Just a scam
