    I was really looking forward to wearing this dress for a party, but it showed up two days too late, even though it was supposed to be express shipping that takes 3-4 days to Australia. I tried using a 10% discount code when I ordered, but it didn't work. At least they refunded me the discount after I reached out to them. The dress itself is nice, but now it's just sitting here, and I have to return it because the event's over. It’s a bit frustrating, but at least the customer service was decent. Just wish the timing and the discount had worked out better.

    I've ordered from this place quite a few times, and honestly, they've never let me down. The stuff I get is always top-notch, like they know exactly what I want. And can we talk about Penny for a second? She's like the superstar of customer service. Every time I have a question or need a hand, she's right there making everything smooth and easy. It feels like she genuinely cares and goes that extra mile, you know? It’s not every day you find a place that nails it every single time. If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re seriously missing out.

    I’ve been shopping with this company for a bit now and usually pretty happy. Their delivery is always on point, never late. I got a few dresses recently, and usually they’re keepers, but this one just didn’t work out. The back zipper is tiny, so getting it on is a real struggle. The sleeves, while kind of cute, are just too puffy and give off a girlish vibe. And the bust area? Way too roomy for me. But I have to say, the fabric and color are absolutely lovely. I wish it fit better because it’s such a beautiful piece. Guess this one's going back, but I'll still keep shopping here.
