I had a frustrating time with a recent order. Bought something from Oh Polly, but the package never showed up, thanks to Evri. When I reached out to Oh Polly, they just pushed me off to Evri, who then claimed I hadn't responded to their emails—total lie! Now, I'm out £100, and both companies are refusing to help me, which is really disappointing given my rights as a customer. I ended up contacting my bank to start a chargeback process. If that doesn't work, I might have to take them to small claims court. Next time, I'll definitely shop through ASOS or somewhere else more reliable instead of directly from them.
