    You won't believe what happened with our booking! My fiancé accidentally booked a room, and we realized the mistake pretty quickly, like within half an hour. So, we thought, no biggie, we’ll just cancel it, right? But turns out, they wouldn't let us cancel. We tried explaining the situation, hoping they'd understand, but nope, no luck there. It's frustrating, especially when you're dealing with wedding planning stress and all. We just wanted to fix a simple mistake, but they weren't budging. It’s not the kind of experience you want when you're already dealing with so much. Definitely makes you think twice about booking with them again.
