    Chose a late bus that ended up delayed and I didn’t make my connection. Support answered with templated lines first, then escalated, but they still had to follow the operator’s rules. I got a partial credit in the end, which was better than nothing. It’s clear they’re the middle layer, so expectations need to match that. Booking itself is great, resolution just takes longer when carriers are involved.
