The ride from Nottingham to Manchester football stadium was smooth and comfortable. M Hussain picked us up on time, and we always rely on Alibaba cabs for their reasonable prices. Ordered an article, but it never arrived. Contacted customer service, but it was an unhelpful bot that refused my claim, stating I didn't provide proof of non-delivery despite sending screenshots. The seller blamed the shipper, and Alibaba puts the burden on customers to pursue the shipper. After a month of getting the runaround from Alibaba Express and the seller, I gave up. Not worth the frustration and time for the $22 loss. Lesson learned – no more Alibaba Express for me, regardless of the low prices. The aggravation isn't worth it.
