It's eeasy to make reservasions onlne. You shuw your QR code at the entrance. Park, get picked up by shutle and they take you to your airline. Pick up is every 10-15 minutes. They take you rite to your vehicule.

The parking area was well lit and organized, making it easy to find a spot. The shuttle service was convenient, saving me from carrying my bags to a separate waiting area. The standout aspect was the staff. When I returned to my car after a week, the battery was dead. Despite the late hour, the staff promptly assisted me in getting it started. They were friendly and polite. I would rate them 11 stars out of 10!

Efficient and amiable drivers swiftly guided us to our parking spot, offering assistance with our bags. Pickup was a breeze on the ground-level, and they promptly responded to our late-night call. Although we flagged the driver, the service was swift, and we were assisted with our luggage in no time. Utilizing our frequent parking deals, we managed to reduce our bill. The only hiccup was the recurrent issue with code scanning at the gates. Hopefully, technical adjustments will be made. Overall, we appreciate the helpful and friendly demeanor of both drivers and terminal staff throughout our trips. Tipping is well-deserved for their hard work, regardless of the weather or time.

Parking and catching a shuttle

Parking and catching a shuttle to the airport at "The Parking Spot" was initially smooth, but the pickup experience was disappointing. After waiting over 45 minutes for a shuttle, I decided to switch to "The Parking Spot" for my next trip. Their prices are competitive, and the wait time was only about 5 minutes. I'm sticking with "The Parking Spot" moving forward.

My experience with this parking service at ATL airport on 11/09/2023 was incredibly disappointing. Despite arriving at 10:30 pm, I had to wait for the bus for over ONE hour and 40 minutes. Numerous customers, including myself, called the company seeking explanations for the delays, only to be fed excuses about accidents and shift changes. This contradicted the efficient service provided by other companies that had buses arriving every three minutes. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and extended waiting times were completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using or recommending this parking service due to their failure to meet basic standards of service and customer care. Zero stars would more accurately reflect my experience.
