Tarah really helped with everything.

I was concerned about getting a room my 90-year-old mother could use, but Miss Tarah made it so easy! I was so worried about mobility... Tarah fixed it for us! Her kindness during the whole process was a nice change from most customer service. I was going to Yelp just to praise her, and she offered a survey. Please give Tarah a raise! She's worth a million to those of us who need help with our stay. With Tarah's help, I have less to worry about with accommodations and more time to show my sweet mother the Quilt Gardens she longed to see because she used to quilt beautifully. Thank you for letting me thank Tarah for her great attitude and help. What a DOLL!

They didn't book the room with the hotel

BookOnline.com allowed me to book a family suite at a hotel then didn't book it with the hotel. So when we showed up they didn't have a room for us. The hotel tried to rectify it the best they could, but all they had were 2 rooms on different floors. As a mom of kiddos, that was unacceptable. When I emailed customer service about it, they took over a week to get back to me and had the audacity to blame it on me, even though I have the confirmation of what I booked. Definitely won't be back.

Gisell Enedina was AMAZING in helping me find a place that fit my budget. She was patient and friendly and clearly enjoyed the “hunt” in helping me. I wish I could have Ms. Enedina for every service call I make. I really liked her!

Booking online was fairly simple

Booking online was fairly simple, but checkout was confusing. I found an $18 cancellation insurance charge I didn't request. Sneaky move! Be transparent with charges upfront so customers can choose.

The phone call was tough to understand.

The phone call was tough to understand. They didn't show the final cost with tax until I confirmed. Getting a better price without discounts took forever. The process was overly long and annoying.
