My flight maker was ONYX and he was fabtastic. He went totally above and beyond to help me rearrange my flight due to weather concerns. He was very polite. Any time we ran into a complicating factor he was able to work around it. I could not have been more pleased or better served. I am 78 and often get poor customer service at other businesses. This was outstanding!!

I was surprised by how much effort he put in to get the results I wanted. He called me multiple times to sort out a charge issue with my credit card company.

Had to cancel my non-refundable, non-changeable international fare. Agent Thor helped a lot. He's really good at his job! He got approval from his supervisor so I could get most of my money back. Even the extra stuff I paid for. Thor knew what to do, which made it less hard. Ask for Thor.

I am writing to share my dissatisfaction regarding my recent flight cancellation and the subsequent challenges I faced with getting reimbursed for the extra expenses I had on Jan 18, 2024. My original flight got canceled, and I had to buy new tickets last minute because of it. This cancellation was done by Delta, Air France's partner airline. When I asked Air France for reimbursement, they said my receipts weren't acceptable, which doesn't make sense to me. They only sent me an email acknowledging the forced purchase without an official receipt. Also, an Air France agent named 'Thor' promised me a EUR 150 voucher, but I never got it. This whole situation not only caused me financial trouble but also made me doubt if Air France follows EU passenger rights rules. According to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, passengers should get compensation and help for cancellations and delays. This rule is meant to protect passengers from extra costs caused by airline problems. So, I'm asking for a thorough review of my case and quick reimbursement for my extra expenses. If Air France doesn't follow the EU rules, it doesn't look good for them, and I might have to take further action, like getting legal advice or contacting the right authorities. I hope Air France takes this seriously and makes things right.

I needed to cancel my trip and phoned to have my miles put back into my Aadvantage account and the taxes refunded. I was surprised when Sean mentioned a $125.00 fee for putting the miles back into my account. No one had mentioned any fees when I booked the flights. I reiterated that I should have been informed about any fees by the person who booked the flights. Sean acknowledged this and waived the fees. What I liked most about Sean was his promptness in resolving the issue and his friendly demeanor. I appreciate how Sean treated me and therefore, how American Airlines treated me.

This company poses as American Airlines

This company poses as American Airlines, but it's far from the real deal. They went ahead and slapped my card with not one, but four unauthorized charges, adding up to a whopping $818.38. And to add insult to injury, they had the audacity to pin the blame on American Airlines. If that wasn't enough, they sneakily tacked on an extra $300 and $138 under the guise of taxes for PCM Travels. And as if mishandling my finances wasn't bad enough, they mistakenly sent me the travel itinerary of some other unfortunate soul headed to Singapore. Talk about a complete disregard for confidentiality!
