    Useful drills, repetitive audio

Setup across web and phone worked fine and progress synced. Some exercises got repetitive, but I noticed better focus while driving. One billing question via email was answered clearly the next morning.

    Sharper on the road

After a few weeks, I felt more alert merging and spotting signs. It’s not flashy, but it helps when you stick with it.

    Helpful but slightly slow

Got a reply the next morning with reset steps and a link. Worked fine, just wished it came the same evening.

Made an account, picked a schedule, and let the app guide me. The short sessions make it easy to keep the habit.

    Onboarding simple, habits stick

Made an account, tried the Daily Spark, and jumped into the Personal Trainer path. Short sessions and quick scores kept me coming back.

    Beat my score streak

The little badge popped and I actually cheered. Silly, but it keeps me coming back for another round.

I accidentally paid an extra $100 for an additional

I accidentally paid an extra $100 for an additional year of their premium subscription that I didn’t really need. I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me the very next day with great kindness. They refunded me right away, even though it was my fault for forgetting to cancel before the auto-renewal. If you’re looking for a brain training app that actually works and want to support a good, caring company, BrainHQ is definetly the one to choose!

I enjoy playing different brain games

I enjoy playing different brain games because they help keep me entertained and also work my brain in a fun way. Although there are some mixed opinions on brain games, I personally find them useful for improving my thinking skills. The games cover a wide range of topics, which makes them a valuable tool for mental growth. I decided to use this platform because I liked the variety of games offered. For me, it helps me strengthen my cognitive abilities. I would suggest trying out this platform for anyone interested in improving their mind.

The service provided by this company has been helpful to me. They are attentive to my needs and work closely with my doctor. The team specializes in Brain health, helping to identify if my issues are related to Alzheimer’s or other conditions affecting my brain. It gives me confidence that I am getting the right support. I am satisfied with the approach they have taken to address my condition and assist in finding solutions.

I’ve been diagnosed with MCI, Mild Cognitive Impairment

I’ve been diagnosed with MCI, Mild Cognitive Impairment, and through a program at Emory called Cognitive Empowerment Program, which stands out as a unique option for MCI in the country, I came across Brain HQ. Apparently, Emory conducted a study and found that this program could help those with MCI. The program starts off slow and gradually speeds up. You look at two different cars and a highway sign. These items flash on the screen, and you choose which car and the location of the sign. Sounds easy, right? Not for someone with MCI. You are challenged with peripheral vision, short-term memory moving to long-term memory. There are many different exercises that really test memory. For instance, there are several sea birds, one of which has a slightly different wing, and after a quick look at all the birds, you try to remember where that specific bird was among the others. It’s very hard to do. I’ve taken a while to type this as I find it hard to come up with the right words. I still have limited driving privileges, but I’ve noticed I’m more aware of objects in my peripheral vision. In my view, Brain HQ helps me to notice my surroundings better, but as good as the program is, it will never cure MCI. However, it can help me become more aware, which I hope will allow me to be more independant.

    This is a solid product

This is a solid product backed by strong scientific evidence, and I've been using it steadily for nearly 3 years. I've even recommended it to friends and given it as a gift. Recently, they've updated the site with some mixed results - the new colors and algorithms are fine. However, there are times when the results are quite odd. For example, using Freeze Frame takes 9 to 11 minutes but only credits you with 2 minutes. I could go on - their customer support is also decent - but despite constant feedback, there hasn't been much improvement. Disappointing! I've benefited a lot from it. Annoyed!
