I will never buy from this company again. My order is still pending and I guess I'll get a full refund in a week. I needed key chains for my business at the start of August and ordered them in July. I chose the delivery date of August 7th, the earliest they could offer with a 2-3 week turnaround. I know August 7th is an estimate, but their invoice and website did not mention a 2-3 week delay OR LONGER as the customer service rep claimed. The invoice said delays only happen if there's an issue on my end. I approved the proofs promptly. Just two days before my order was due, it was marked "On Hold." I reached out to customer service, and they wanted to charge me an extra $477 to get it by August 14th since I have an event that needs the key chains. They offered a 10% discount, which I turned down, and kept asking for a refund. They then suggested paying an extra $100 to get it by August 14th. This was for a $150 order. I refused to pay more for their delay. Eventually, the customer service rep (who isn't to blame for the poor business practices of Imprint) said they would try to get my order to me by August 14th without extra charges. I agreed, but only if I get my order by that date, or I’ll get a full refund or chargeback. I am so mad. If you can’t meet the 2-3 week turnaround, don’t advertise that on your website. I know printing and shipping takes time, but if it took the full 3 weeks, not receiving it by the 7th makes sense, though I expected the date to be updated. I was told on JULY 24TH that my order was being prepared, and that was over a week ago. I get POD books faster than these key chains. If it shipped on the 7th, USPS would have delivered it before the 14th. I’m telling everyone I know to avoid Imprint.

Not too impressed thus far. Three stars because my order hasn't arrived yet for me to judge quality. But, my experience lines up with others' low ratings. With Standard shipping, you get an estimated delivery date, not guaranteed. Understandable that processing 40 sweatshirts takes time, but mine's been in "Production" for over 20 days now? Seems excessive. Hoping for tracking info soon, but when I raised the issue, got the runaround. "No guaranteed delivery, just estimates. Standard processing is 7-10 days. Standard shipping adds another 12 days"... I'm on day 22 since ordering and still no clue when it'll ship. Okay if it takes time, but good service means giving an ETA. "Estimated" delivery was March 29, still waiting for shipment notification. Will update my review and rating later. Maybe it'll earn 5 stars, but undecided for now...

Not a happy customer.

Not a happy customer. I've made three orders in the past three months. The shipping costs more than the product and I even paid extra for package protection. My package didn't arrive on time and I wasn't told about any delivery problems. When I reached out to customer support, they told me to call FedEx. FedEx wouldn't deliver the package, so I had to pay for an Uber to go get it. Customer service was not very helpful and kept insisting the package was "delivered" and couldn't verify if I picked it up or not (basically, they didn't believe me). Zazzle offers a much better experience. Won't be buying from them again.

I'm very happy with Imprint's communication and design work! I've never had good service from an online company before, and it's usually hard to even get someone on the phone. But with Imprint, every time I called, a human answered, and the online "Ticket Process" moved my order along fast. Thank you to whoever is in charge and thank you to all of your employees for running and managing such a well establishment. We will definitely be ordering from Imprint again!

This company lacks integrity in customer service. They list prices online, but once you finalize your design, costs skyrocket. This shady sales tactic needs scrutiny for misleading advertising. Check BBB ratings for proof. Their customer service is totally useless. They don't grasp your questions and just dodge them. I wouldn't use them and advise steering clear.

I spent a lot on a double-sided banner. The color was way too faded, and you could see the text from the other side. The quality was terrible! They said “it’s what you asked for and that’s how it is.” They won’t replace it or print a new one, even though I offered to return it at my expense. Very unprofessional with awful customer service. I’m really upset.

I checked out the artwork and I gave my approval, but it appeared that the lanyard was larger than what I actually received. The colors and design were nice, but the size didn't match what I was expecting based on the sample. Overall, I was satisfied, but the size difference was a bit disappointing.

Evrything was okay but u guys messed up on the back logo. I have the approved logo that had our phone number on the back of the shirts, and you guys did not put that on the back of the shirts. So I have to do some thinking if I'm ever going to order from u again or use someone else.

My boss and I were really happy to get our staff name tags before the upcoming event. We were told they'd arrive by 08/30, but they showed up early on 08/27. We are pleased with the color, especially our LOGO!! Wow!! It all looks wonderful! Very happy with the service!

I ordered a custom product, and unfortunately, the image wasn't centered as shown in the preview. Additionally, the lettering lacked the crispness I was expecting. It's disappointing when the final product doesn't match the initial expectations.
