    As I said I received 3 pair of these shoes for Christmas that are too small. I talked with a girl at the company and she said send them back and they will send a size bigger size. Now they say they won't exchange them. I ordered the same size from amazon about 1 yr ago, same size and they were fine, fit great. Will NEVER order from this place again, they lie or just don't know what they are doing.

    purchased shoes back in May 2025. Did not fit. had to pay return postage for a refund (which is in China). February 2026 I received the package I paid to return unopened product because it went "UNCLAIMED". MUSABELA is a scam! Stay away from them!
