I’ve always been a fan of Moabs, so I figured ordering straight from Merrell during their Black Friday sale was a smart move. Well, that didn’t go as planned. My shoes arrived quickly, but as soon as I tried them on, a lace loop snapped without me even tying them. The one above it seemed ready to go too. I thought getting a replacement would be simple, but there’s no phone number, and the online chat is always down. So, I emailed them with photos, and it took 12 days to hear back. They wanted more pics, and after sending them, I heard nothing for another 9 days. Frustrated, I contacted PayPal, and they sorted it out fast, refunding me without needing to return the shoes. I’m done with Merrell after this mess.
