    Shoes were ordered and returned on June 9th. I provided copies of receipts of proof of purchase and return to Musabela USA. Email correspondence with them were repeated evasive when I requested my $84.89 refund. Filed a complaint with BBB regarding this and Musabela refused to respond to them after a month of trying. They are no longer responding to my emails either. They took my money and I have no product.

    Hike Footwear

    Once I receive the sneakers, I opened the package. They were too small and they were very cheap quality. I tried to send them back almost impossible to do finally got an address to send them back with the post office. The ZIP Code was wrong postal master found it I sent a package out and they refused to return my money tried one shoe on and that was it, put it back in the bag to post office and off it when it’s been two months now, and I still haven’t heard that they refuse to pay my money.
