The support we got was pretty awesome. 5 stars!!! Right when we walked in, Nicholas and the others gave us a hand. Nicholas is cool, kind, smart, and a one-of-a-kind guy. He really helped us out when we needed it most. We even had fun talking in French, Dutch, and English together. I didn't think it would happen, but I left with a smile and some uggs. Big thanks to Nicholas, we’ll be back even if we’re broke. Best regards,

Awful online store.

Awful online store. Bought shoes but they didn't fit right. Ordered from Dutch site, but they shipped from France. Return process cost me 13 euros with no return label. Used their address for return, got tracking but no confirmation from Courier after 4 weeks. Customer service ignored my emails. Got refund through PayPal after complaining. Avoid this sketchy shop!

I ordered a pair of shoes a week ago that were supposed to arrive on Friday. Now it's Tuesday, and according to the tracking, the shoes are still in the store. I sent an email and received the correct DPD link, but the response didn’t fully address my question. I’m curious if I’ll ever receive my shoes.

I still haven’t gotten my shoes! They were sent back because the package couldn’t be delivered, and I haven’t been refunded (it’s been nearly a year). Customer service is awful; they keep asking for proof of shipment which I’ve sent four times. I’ve emailed many times.. No refund yet.

During the sale period, once again, half of my order was canceled by their service. It’s quite upsetting. For the rest, the delivery was swift, the amount was charged, but I still have the same amount on hold in pre-authorization, and it’s been a week.

Ik had wat twijfels over mijn bestelling door de negatieve beoordelingen. Voor de zekerheid maar met creditcard betaald… leuk om positief verrast te worden. De schoenen kwamen snel aan, de juiste maat en precies zoals op de foto. Ik ben erg blijd!

Many shoes, especially when discounted, are mostly sold in France. Yet, you can spot them on other sites, like Courir NL, but you'll find issues only at checkout. Awful site, awful service.
