I ordered two different pairs of shoes since I wasn't sure about fit and the free, EASY, return for the pair that didn't fit was awesome! Definitely going to keep Shoebacca on my radar for the next pair of shoes I'm shopping for.

Avoid buying from this website! I bought the All Black Puma Racer Marble Sneakers Size 9 for my mom as a Christmas gift since PUMA didn't have them. Big mistake! The shoes not only don't fit, but walking in them feels like you're on pure rubber. And to top it off, the shoes arrived all squished, just like the messed-up box they came in. Absolutely unbelievable!

I must vehemently agree with the sentiments expressed by the previous two reviewers – steer clear of this merchant. My attempt to purchase Puma sneakers for my brother's Christmas gift turned into a debacle as I received a markedly inferior and significantly smaller pair. The fact that they sent the correct box adds a layer of perplexity to this mishap. Either they are engaging in deceitful bait-and-switch tactics as sleazy scammers (Option A) or they operate as inept, amateurish entities with a glaring absence of quality control and proper processes (Option B). Whichever the case, it's reason enough to avoid patronizing this business. Time and money are better invested elsewhere. Mistakes are forgivable, but what renders them truly unsatisfactory is the utter lack of remorse and customer service. Despite reaching out through various channels, including phone calls, there was no genuine acknowledgment, apology, or effort to rectify the situation. The customer service was unhelpful, providing no insight into the root cause or even confirming the item's availability. Their solution? Return the shoes, await a refund, and consider repurchasing in the future. This leaves me without a Christmas present just five days before the occasion, and I've wasted time on repackaging. In summary, an utterly abysmal company. Look elsewhere unless you have a penchant for unnecessary frustration and disappointment.

Dealing with this company's customer service has been a disappointment. After waiting for 9 days without receiving my refund for returned shoes, I contacted them. The issue remains unresolved, and I'm now told to wait an additional 24-48 hours. The representative's attitude was unpleasant, despite using the correct words. I won't tolerate such a tone and have decided not to make any future purchases from them. It's truly baffling.

Following my complaint, I was informed that it might take up to three days for processing, with today marking the end of that period. This express shipping service feels deceptive, particularly compounded by the fact that shipments don't occur on weekends. Consequently, my order won't ship until next week, well beyond my anticipated timeframe.
