Uniqlo has good stuff. The Airism Oversized T-Shirts are really good. I got three shirts embroidered and they turned out cute!

The Uniqlo website is really slow

The Uniqlo website is really slow and has lots of problems. I've tried to buy things online from them many times, but it's just too annoying waiting for pages to load and trying to go back and forth between pages. I've given up on them and started shopping at other places like Cos, Zara, and Jigsaw because their websites are much better and easier to use. It's frustrating that Uniqlo still hasn't fixed these issues even in 2024. They've lost me as a customer.

Absolutely terrible service, never encountered such a bad experience with any other company. Uniqlo practically took my money without a second thought. I sent back three coats, but they only refunded me for two, claiming they received only two. I won't be making any future purchases from this company, and I strongly discourage everyone from buying from Uniqlo.

My experience with Uniqlo's online shop has been dreadful. Despite providing a returns receipt, they claimed the loss of my return was my fault. While they eventually refunded the lost item, the process was prolonged. Strikingly, I never received the money back during this time. Uniqlo, instead of admitting fault, shifted the responsibility onto me, instructing me to contact my bank. This level of customer service is unacceptable, making it clear that using Uniqlo's online shop is a risky endeavor.

Uniqlo's refund process has been disheartening for many customers, myself included. Despite returning both a small bag and a coat, only the bag was refunded. Numerous emails seeking resolution were met with unhelpful responses, claiming the coat never arrived at the warehouse. This situation, echoed by other customers, raises concerns about a potential scam within Uniqlo or involving its staff. The lack of accountability and customer service in handling such issues diminishes trust in the brand.
