What I appreciate about Stockx is

What I appreciate about Stockx is how quickly they deliver. Unlike other websites I've tried for buying shoes, Stockx doesn't cancel orders halfway through because they ran out of stock. They're really good from the moment you order until you get your delivery. I'll stick with them for buying shoes from now on.

I encountered some challenges while attempting to return a pair of shoes within the allotted two-week return period. Despite my efforts, the customer service team consistently mentioned difficulties in opening the pictures I provided as evidence. Ultimately, I reluctantly ended up wearing the incorrectly sized shoes I received. My overall impression is that the service lacks the necessary support, especially for customers who receive the wrong size and encounter obstacles in initiating returns. There's a clear need for improvement in the return system, particularly for customers located outside the United States.
