The company is quite good for Swiss customers.

The company is quite good for Swiss customers. Delivery took 10 days, no customs, and I got a personal message from an employee saying my t-shirt was a nice choice ;) The only thing I didn't like is that I had to confirm my order by responding to an email with the correct billing address once. It's annoying, and I don't understand why they do it.

I'll give it a low score. The lady at the Wilkes Barre mall was really unfriendly, and they made it tough for me to switch to the right size for my son. Zumiez: Not good at all!!!

I ordered a bunch of stuff, but only got the cheapest things in different boxes. When I reached out to Zumiez about it, they just told me to call my bank because, apparently, they sent out two packages. Even after explaining that I was missing stuff, they weren't bothered. The packages I did get were sealed, so it seems like they just forgot to put in the rest of my order.

The experience with this company was disappointing; my package went missing, and the representative displayed a lack of professionalism, placing blame on me. The so-called "one-time courtesy" offered did little to remedy the situation.

I found it frustrating that Zumiez doesn't notify customers when their package arrives at the store. Despite ordering and waiting, I only realized my package had been delivered after tracking it myself. This lack of communication can be inconvenient for customers expecting their orders. It would greatly improve the experience if Zumiez implemented a notification system for package arrivals.
