I got some heeled boots, came quick, worn a lot for 2 months, then heels started peeling. Sent pics, they sent new ones, fast! Great help, easy and dependable. Hope shoes are better now.

Customer service was great, fast and helpful! My shoes came within an okay time (sweden). I've had them for a week, used twice, comfy. Quality seems alright, but unsure about long-term wear.

The wait for my order was way too long, but it seems like it was mostly due to FEDEX. I got the shoes just in time for my event, though, so it turned out alright. I've shopped here before and this isn't usually a problem.
