They looked at my case closely, understood what happened, and helped me get my account back with a full refund of the wrong charge. Their messages were clear, polite, and focused on solving the issue - this made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with.     I first started using Wrike more than 4 years ago and at the beginning it felt a bit confusing to learn. Over time I have come to like the wide range of tools and how flexible the system is. You can make your workflows simple or more detailed, but be sure to try the different ways to automate your tasks and projects. One thing I like are the weekly updates that keep improving the platform. They let me know about new features and add on smart ideas. There are some things I wish were different, but I have found workarounds that help until they add them to the roadmap. I do feel listened to in the feedback forums when I see a feature I wanted finally appear.

    Really happy with the table and chairs. The customer servise is amazing and very helpful. Had a small issue but they fixed it right away. I totally recomend this company!
