I was led to Closers by a business consultant. I believed the consultant and in Closers marketing and sales messaging and ended up spending $14,000 with Closers and $5000 in advertising on Meta all of which amounted to zero new clients or revenue for the company.
To say that our results were underwhelming is a massive understatement. At every turn we were being pushed into more long-term commitments of payments to Closers. The predatory tactics used are not only bad business but downright awful for a small business like hours.
Significant promises were made by Closers staff claiming that we would significantly increase our sales and bottom line using Closers seasoned team and teaching products if we just kept testing and paying them more exorbitant amounts of money. Nothing could have been further from the truth. We ended up with Calendly schedules full of leads that were not only un-qualified but of very low quality with none of them ever being able to be closed despite us using all the tactics taught by Closers.
Closers is quick to point to all their valuable learning products and online workshops but when it came to getting some real oone-on-one help to customize our process to our business's needs it was like pulling teeth.
Not only am I not satisfied with the results, but I would never recommend anyone to Closers. Tony Haddad was our sales consultant. He is an experienced salesperson who consistently pushed us to move forward with the program while always just providing the minimum amount of oversight needed to keep us engaged. His consistent attempts to lock us into long-term commitments to continue to spend thousands of dollars with Closers became quite evident after our first three-month agreement expired with zero results.
Even after I terminated with Closers no one bothered to follow up or check in to see what happened or why it was such a complete and disastrous failure. Now I'm left holding 20K in CC debt and no one at Closures seems to care one bit.
