    I tried this service, and overall, it’s been a pretty smooth experience. It’s easy to use, which is great because nobody wants a complicated system. But there's this one thing that’s a bit confusing: sometimes charges don’t go through, and there's no clear reason why. It leaves me scratching my head, and it's tough to explain to my clients. I wish there was a bit more clarity or maybe a note telling you what went wrong. Other than that, everything else works fine, and it gets the job done. If they could just fix this little hiccup, it would be perfect. But hey, nobody’s perfect, right?
