    I've been using Bookemon for years, around 14 now, to create books for my grandkids and special events. Every year, it's a joy to see their faces light up when they get their personalized books. The quality has always been impressive, and I love the different options they offer in the program. Recently, I did have an issue with an order—there was a mistake. But to my surprise, they handled it quickly and efficiently, which was quite a relief. It's comforting to know that they stand by their service and are quick to make things right. This kind of service keeps me coming back, year after year.

    I've been using this service for a while now, and it's been pretty reliable. Whenever I need to process payments for my business, it's ready to go without any hassle. It's really made managing my finances a lot easier. Payments get into my bank account pretty quickly, usually within two or three business days, which is super convenient. I don't have to stress about delays or anything like that. It's such a relief knowing I can count on it to keep everything running smoothly.     Too expensive and too many tricky photo prices. We bought a small box for $60 but as we were filling it we’re only allowed to put two items in it! Two slides or photos to be digitalizes! Not a full box of things. Who pay $60 to get two photos digitalized? We were also under the impression that an album page (front and back) was $2.50 each. Turns out it’s $5.00 each. So this is too confusing and expensive for us. Plus you have to pay up to $1,000 for cloud storage space. We haven’t even got our things back so I can’t speak to the quality of their work yet but these prices are way too much and their boxes are not straightforward. They want us to pay about $500 including their so-called discounts. Wish id never been sucked into this.
