My experience with Creation Watches was good. It took three orders and a month for my first order to arrive, which was a bit long. However, the customer service team was very helpful and made sure I wasn't too worried. I faced some trouble with customs when my order finally arrived in Germany, but the support team was quick to assist me until it was delivered. The support team showed real professionalism. Though I could have been frustrated, seeing the team support me to the best of their abilities makes me appreciate their efforts.

Initially, I was amazed by the wide range of options and reasonable prices, so I decided to buy two Seikos for myself and my brother a couple of months back. However, just two months later, the Seiko I purchased developed a loose rotor and started making strange noises when shaken. I had to spend more than half of its original price to get it serviced, and I didn't even receive any reimbursement. Don't let their prices fool you!

Absolute nightmare! My experience with this company is beyond belief: August 2023: Ordered a watch, but it arrived incredibly late with an unexpected customs charge. October 2023: The watch had quality issues, with disassembled parts and humidity under the glass. No guarantee or invoice was provided. October 2023: After countless emails and reminders, they finally sent the guarantee card and invoice via post in January 2024! Shockingly, the guarantee card belongs to a Seiko watch, not the INVICTA I purchased. To top it off, the invoice is still missing, and they managed to sneak in an extra 7.10€ charge. This company's operations seem shady, and I suspect their watches are counterfeit. Absolutely horrendous!
