    Wow, that was fantastic.
    by Owen

Wow, that was fantastic. I found out about them and was really impressed. Their service, care, attention to detail, and honesty were all great. I wanted to get a 70th anniversary 126610LV watch for my dad's 70th birthday. I reached out to their support team just 2 weeks before his birthday, and they got it to me in a week. I couldn't believe it when it arrived at my doorstep. Thanks a lot, team, for making my dad's 70th birthday special!

    Watch Rapport ain't good company.
    by Laurence

Watch Rapport ain't good company. They take pictures of watches from other places and take your money. Then, after you pay for a watch they don't really have, they make you wait for a long time saying sorry for why it's taking so long to get your money back. You won't get the watch you wanted or your money back. Aleksandra Bulgach, the COO, should go back to Russia!

    I'm another dissatisfied Watch
    by Hayward

I'm another dissatisfied Watch Rapport customer who fell victim to their promise of a Rolex at true MSRP. I paid them over $7600 on 03/26/2023 with the understanding it could take up to 180 days to receive the Rolex. 180 days came and went - nothing. My inquiries were met with generic responses promising to get back to me. The website didn't recognize my user name/password, and attempts to get answers were futile. I eventually canceled my order, and they told me I'd get a refund in 3 to 5 days. However, nothing happened. Then they said 30 days. Still nothing. Later, I was told it would take up to 10 days to approve my refund, followed by up to 15 days to process it. But, you guessed it, still nothing. Frustrated, I filed a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission, and I also initiated a disputed transaction with my bank. If a law firm wants to start a class action suit, count me in. In my opinion, this company is guilty of breach of contract, fraud, and theft by deception. My advice: steer clear of these people.

I bought a watch from this company
    by Chan Lee

So, I bought a watch from this company on August 6, 2023. They charged my credit card and said it would take a month to arrive. Well, the month passed and no watch, so I decided to give them a call for an update. But to my disappointment, they said it would take another three weeks. I expressed my discomfort and lack of trust, and asked to cancel my order. But it took them ages to actually cancel it. They promised a refund within 10 to 15 business days, but that was on September 9. Now, it's already October 13 and I still haven't received the credit on my credit card. I've been trying to reach them, but no one returns my call. And every time I manage to speak to someone, they just tell me there's a processing error. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from this company. They seem very unreliable at this point.

    This company sucks!
    by Tom F

This company sucks! They "sold" me a watch that they don't even have in stock. They promised to give me a refund within 14 days, but it has been almost two months and still no refund. There are so many other trustworthy watch dealers out there, but this company definitely isn't one of them.
